PCCICF

ICF Credential-holders are part of a self-regulating group of elite coaches who provide accountability to clients and the coaching profession as a whole. They pursue and complete rigorous education and practice requirements that provide unquestioned legitimacy to their commitment to excellence in coaching. The PCC (Professional Certified Coach) Credential stringently requires:

  • At least 125 hours of coach-specific training with robust documentation that includes the ICF definition of coaching, Code of Ethics and Core competencies and is organized in a scope and sequence that encourages your growth as a coach.
  • 10 hours of Mentor Coaching documented over a minimum of three months.
  • A minimum of 500 hours (450 paid) of coaching experience with at least 25 clients. At least 50 of these hours must occur within the 18 months prior to submitting the application for the credential.
  • Performance evaluation.
  • Completion of the Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA).

ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy)

ADDCA is the first and only comprehensive ADHD coach training program fully accredited (ACTP) by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the governing body for the entire coaching profession and the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches, (PAAC), the organization responsible for establishing and maintaining global standards of excellence for credentialing ADHD coaches and accrediting qualified ADHD coach training schools and programs.
